- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
- Conduct hiring needs assessments by tracking and analyzing hiring needs across all departments, managing requisitions, and coordinating timelines based on departmental requirements.
- Source talent through various channels, including job postings, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Review resumes and coordinate interviews, phone screens, and assessments, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the process.
- Provide support to candidates throughout the application process, offering guidance and updates to enhance their experience.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster open lines of communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in executing recruitment processes.
- Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to managing recruitment activities.
- Effective time and problem-solving skills.
