Marklund Hyde Center in Geneva is hiring an Administrative Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer!

Marklund is seeking highly motivated and mission-centered individual for the position of Administrative Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer.This is a full-time position based out of the Marklund Hyde Centerlocated in Geneva, IL. The hours for this position are Monday- Friday 8am- 4pm. The salary range for this position is $38,000- $40,000 annually. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and to meet its functional and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining CHRO schedule.
• Attending meetings as a recorder to prepare meeting notes.
• Creating various reports and pulling data from employee engagement surveys.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills

Education and Experience:

· Minimum 2-5 years Administrative Assistant experience.

· High school diploma.
