Our Catholic school community is seeking a joyful, dynamic, and mission-driven 3rd Grade Teacher who is passionate about nurturing students academically, spiritually, and personally. We are looking for an educator who desires to inspire a love for learning while modeling and sharing the Catholic faith through daily interactions, classroom culture, and instruction.

Mission of the Role:

The 3rd Grade Teacher fosters a faith-filled classroom where students grow in knowledge, virtue, confidence, and responsibility. This educator helps students deepen foundational academic skills while guiding them to recognize their gifts as children of God.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate, and rigorous lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and Catholic educational philosophy.
• Integrate Catholic values and teachings across subjects and daily classroom life.
• Create a structured, joyful classroom environment that promotes curiosity, kindness, and respect.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through clear and positive communication.
• Maintain consistent, fair, and proactive classroom management rooted in dignity and compassion.
• Differentiate instruction to support a variety of learning styles and needs.
• Monitor student progress and communicate growth areas and successes with families.
• Collaborate actively with faculty and administration as a committed team member.
• Participate fully in the spiritual life of the school community, including prayer, liturgies, and school events.
• Demonstrate openness to feedback and a commitment to continual professional and spiritual growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Practicing Catholic preferred, or strong willingness to support the mission of Catholic education.
