From global hotel chains and airlines to consumer brands and retail advertisers, we help partners reach high-intent travelers at the moments that matter most, powered by unmatched first-party data and the world's most connected travel marketplace.
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will help turn strategy into execution for our partner marketing programs. This role sits at the center of campaign delivery, working across Digital Ops, Analytics, and Marketing Ops to launch high-quality demand generation programs and support tentpole event marketing from pre-event communications through post-event lead nurture. Your work will help keep programs on track, improve operational consistency, and support commercial outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Own end-to-end campaign operations across email, landing pages, and owned channels, including QA, deployment, audience sequencing, and lifecycle follow-through
Serve as a primary marketing point of contact for lifecycle nurture programs, user journeys, forms, and campaign execution in partnership with Digital Ops and Analytics
Support tentpole event marketing execution, including pre-event communications, audience targeting, event lead capture, and post-event nurture workflows
Manage campaign activation from brief to build, ensuring assets, tracking, and tools are in place before launch and that delivery milestones align with program goals
Maintain lead generation operations, including Salesforce campaign setup, list uploads, data hygiene, post-event processing, and scalable playbooks for future programs
Experience and qualifications:
You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations, with success in campaign execution, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations roles
You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience
You have hands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, program builds, and QA processes
You have experience executing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end, from brief development through launch and post-campaign reporting, while managing multiple deadlines and cross-functional dependencies
You are a clear communicator with a data-oriented mindset and proficient collaboration skills, with the ability to surface blockers, coordinate stakeholders, and translate performance insights into next steps
Preferred:
You have familiarity with digital advertising, partner marketing, or B2B media environments
You are comfortable building and improving operational processes in fast-moving, evolving environments
You have hands-on experience with B2B event marketing programs
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
