Refurbishment Specialist

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

The Refurbishment Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:

1. UPS/FedEx/Amazon returns

Complete RMA for returned product

Address incorrect returns or other received items

Process returns in timely fashion with quality completion by 12 pm daily

Communicate return challenges to Supervisor or Customer Service Representative

2. Refurbishments

Process returned products for refurbishment and resell

Repair/Rebox defective or broken returned products

Scrap product deemed unusable

3. Quality Control Repairs

Assist with Quality defect repairs

Complete Recall repairs

Collaborate with Logistics/Shipping/Inventory to prioritize the fixing of issues

Identify and carry out the most efficient process for each repair

Track all information related to each repair

Log repair times

4. Other Duties

Backup FedEx and UPS Unloader - Returns

Assist with containers as needed unloading and stacking boxes

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Occasional assisting with organization of parts or pulling parts for customer orders

Other projects as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 - $18.00 per hour plus productivity bonuses
