Messa Sync is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our business growth initiatives. This role involves assisting in the identification of new opportunities, building client relationships, coordinating strategic projects, and supporting proposal development. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching and identifying new business opportunities and markets

• Support client outreach efforts and help maintain CRM databases

• Prepare presentations, reports, and proposal drafts for potential clients and internal meetings

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives

• Track progress of leads and assist in follow-up communication

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors

• Assist with scheduling and preparing for business development meetings and events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1+ years of experience in business development, administrative support, or client services preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
