Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Network Operations department
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of broadband routing, access, and transport infrastructure
- Develop strategic initiatives for delivering next-gen services
- Train and mentor team members, fostering operational excellence
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in telecom network operations and 2+ years in a leadership/management role
- Central office operations
- Cisco switches and routers
- Calix EXA & AXOS
- TDM & SONET transport systems
