The Project Management Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering data center and environmental field service projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role manages cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, industry standards, and company policies. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical knowledge, operational leadership, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities (% of time may vary by country or region)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead end-to-end project management for data center infrastructure and environmental service projects, including water treatment, wastewater handling, and waste disposal.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and field technicians to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.

• Oversee field operations, ensuring work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.

• Manage environmental compliance related to handling, transportation, and disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous materials.

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.

• Review and approve project documentation including permits, manifests, reports, and closeout packages.

• Ensure quality control standards are met for all deliverables.

• Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–7+ years of project management experience with a strong focus in data centers, environmental services, industrial services, or related industries.

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (EPA, DOT, OSHA).

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

• Experience with RCRA/DOT regulations and compliance .

• Working knowledge of data center systems (cooling systems, water treatment, commissioning processes) is preferred.

• Experience with environmental services such as wastewater treatment, deep well injection, or industrial cleaning is a plus.

• Travel r equirement may peak at 75%.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK:

This position can be based out of Downers Grove, IL or Romulus, MI.

PAY AND BENEFITS:

• The salary range for this position is $98,870 - $120,000 annually

• The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location
