About the Role
We are seeking a senior HR recruitment professional to support structured talent engagement within a global leadership development organisation.
This role is designed for experienced recruiters or HR leaders who enjoy strategic conversations, professional assessment, and guiding high-calibre individuals through structured decision-making processes.
This is not traditional agency recruitment. It is a senior engagement role centred on professional alignment and long-term development pathways.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop targeted talent engagement strategies 🔹 Conduct structured assessment conversations 🔹 Present programme pathways to qualified professionals 🔹 Support onboarding and early-stage integration 🔹 Maintain accurate engagement tracking 🔹 Participate in advanced development sessions

◇ 7+ years’ experience in HR recruitment, talent strategy, or senior people roles ◇ Strong interviewing and assessment capability ◇ Confidence discussing premium-level development pathways ◇ Digitally fluent and comfortable working remotely ◇ Self-directed and outcomes-focused
