Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Time Licensed Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and skilled in providing professional aesthetic treatments. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional skincare services including facials, chemical peels, waxing, extractions, and body treatments
- Perform thorough skin analysis and client consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products
- Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment room in compliance with state board and company standards
- Accurately document client records, treatments, and product recommendations
- Promote services, packages, and retail products to meet individual and team goals
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and retention
- Stay current with skincare trends, techniques, and continuing education
- Work collaboratively with management and team members
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications:
- Current state license in Esthetics
- Previous experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and professional product lines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Sales experience and goal-oriented mindset a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
