As Autel Energy continues its rapid growth across Europe’s EV charging market, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Finance Assistant to join our team in The Hague, Netherlands.

What You’ll Do

• Enter and manage financial data in accounting systems and spreadsheets with accuracy and consistency
• Support financial analysis tasks, including the preparation of reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Track, categorize, and monitor company expenses
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements
• Maintain clear and organized records of all financial documentation
• Help prepare materials for internal and external audits
• Generate and distribute financial reports to management as needed
• Carry out ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the finance team

You Are

• A Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Familiar with basic financial and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software is a plus
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in completing tasks
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team
• Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a finance-related role is an advantage
