Count Team Supervisor
- Excellent internal/external guest service;
- Ensure that policies and procedures are strictly and consistently followed;
- Responsible for employee related matters, including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, and promoting;
- Oversee and participate in the drop as required by Internal Controls;
- Oversee count room equipment, utilize preventive maintenance techniques and regular servicing to ensure equipment is in proper working order;
- Count, verify, and record games revenue;
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
- High School/GED preferred
- 6 months – 1 year experience in a Count room, prior supervisory experience.
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, and detail oriented
- Able to operate calculators, electric cart, and money counters
- May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, bright lights and excessive noise
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Other physical demands of this job may include but are not limited to: stooping, reaching, pulling, heavy lifting up to 50 lbs., and use of repetitive motions
- Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
