Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others.
salary: $22 - $25 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Contribute to a positive team environment and customer-first culture
