Cocktail Server
Northman Beer & Cider Garden is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused part-time Cocktail Server to join our Front of House team for the rest of the 2026 season (ending October 31st. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, working in an outdoor environment, and delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.
As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for proactively serving beverages throughout the property, creating memorable guest experiences, and supporting the overall operation through teamwork and attention to detail.
Weekend availability, specifically Fridays and Saturdays, is required.
Responsibilities
- Walk the property throughout your shift, checking in with guests and providing attentive service
- Proactively offer and sell beverages to guests
- Take, process, and deliver drink orders through the Pergola Bar (no food orders)
- Deliver beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain a visible and welcoming presence throughout the property
- Bus and reset tables as needed throughout the shift
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist teammates and support other operational areas when needed
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Previous serving experience required
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations with guests
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays
