Commercial Roofer
We’re looking for an experienced roofer to help remove an existing Modified Bitumen roof and install a new TPO roof on a flat commercial building.
Work type: Part-time / contract
Location: Saint louis, MO
Project: Tear-off and full re-roof (EPDM system)
Duration: [e.g., 1–2 weeks project, flexible schedule]
Requirements:
- Experience with Modified Bitumen tear-offs and EPDM installation
- Able to handle torch-down removal safely
- Knowledge of insulation boards, adhesives, seam welding, and flashing
- Must bring basic tools and safety gear
- Reliable transportation and references required
Pay: Competitive — $30 - $50 pre hour.
