HR Generalist
LaSalle Network is teaming up with a fast-growing, innovative technology company to hire an HR Generalist who will play a key role in shaping the employee experience. In this position, you’ll work directly alongside the HR Director and become the go-to HR partner for employees across the organization.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate, tangible impact on a growing company. HR Generalist Responsibilities:- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Process employee changes and updates accurately and efficiently in the HRIS (UKG)
- Handle payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees
- Partner with HR leadership and recruiting teams to support daily operations and initiatives.
- Leverage HRIS platforms and demonstrate advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP required).
- 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment (software/technology industry is a plus)
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Personable, patient, and approachable, thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems (UKG a plus)
- Temp-to-hire opportunity looking for an immediate start
- Hybrid schedule: In-office 2x a week
- Collaborative, team-oriented culture
- Compensation: $70K-80K
