Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-casual restaurant. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Ensure that all guests are greeted and served in a friendly and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Train and supervise staff on customer service standards and expectations.
Operations:
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Team Management:
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
- Motivate and inspire staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Address performance issues and provide coaching and feedback.
Financial Management:
- Monitor sales and labor costs to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and reduce expenses.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Community Engagement:
- Participate in community events and initiatives.
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager in a fast-casual or casual dining environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
