The Director of Quality oversees the implementation and monitoring of the Health System’s comprehensive Quality Program. This position will assist and coordinate comprehensive assessments and evaluations by planning and monitoring for compliance against recognized standards. The Director of Quality is also responsible for organizing / directing / evaluating the provision of Case Management, Clinical Documentation Improvement, and Credentialing departments. This role may coordinate other projects as assigned. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Quality.

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program and be currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of Illinois.

BSN or B.S in related healthcare field preferred

Preferred 5 years healthcare experience in a clinical or administrative role with specific experience dealing with case management.

Director positions range up to $85,000 annual salary, based on experience. All wages are determined by experience and skills; wage information will be discussed further upon interview selection.
