We’re seeking a driven, consultative Inside Sales Professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering real solutions, and consistently closing business.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our inside sales team, you will:

• Proactively engage outbound leads to support our Install Team and convert opportunities into revenue
• Apply a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend the right comfort solutions
• Build trust quickly through professional phone, email, and text communication
• Confidently handle objections and guide customers toward informed decisions
• Manage and prioritize your sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed goals
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records
• Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions to sharpen your closing skills
• Deliver a seamless, positive experience in every customer interaction
