responsibilities:
Primary Duties and Accountabilities % Time - Establish the Agile Framework: Introduce and implement the Agile methodology from the ground up within the Digital Office, leading the transformation process and collaborating closely with line managers to ensure alignment, buy-in, and a smooth adoption across all teams. 25% - Hands-on Project Management: Personally manage the lifecycle of select strategic digital projects, taking direct responsibility for their planning, execution, budget, and successful delivery to stakeholders. 20% - Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Organize, lead, and ensure the effectiveness of all Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) for multiple project teams across the global business unit. 20% - Remove Impediments & Foster Collaboration: Proactively identify and resolve blockers hindering team progress, while fostering a collaborative environment between stakeholders. 15% - Act as a Change Agent for Digital Transformation: Coach teams and individuals on Agile principles and practices, championing a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation to embed new, more effective ways of working within the organization. 10%
qualifications:
Required Knowledge and Skills: - Proven Agile & Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience (3-5+ years) as a Scrum Master, combined with hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of complex IT projects, including budget and timeline responsibility. A Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM) is required; PMP or PMI-ACP is highly desirable. - Transformational Change Leadership: Proven success in introducing Agile methodologies from scratch within a corporate setting, with the ability to coach teams, influence senior management, and drive cultural change as a key change agent. - Exceptional Facilitation & Communication Skills: The ability to lead engaging Agile ceremonies, mediate conflicts, and clearly articulate project status, risks, and strategic alignment to diverse global stakeholders, from technical teams to the Digital Director. - Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: A strong ability to work with business leaders to translate strategic goals into a prioritized project backlog, ensuring digital initiatives deliver maximum value to the Compact Hydraulics business units. - Global Team Collaboration: Experience working effectively with distributed, international teams across different cultures and time zones, with a talent for removing impediments and fostering a highly collaborative environment. Education/Certifications: - Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Economics preferred) - PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or equivalent (If no certification, at least 5 years of applicable experience in lieu of a certification)
