We are seeking a Keyholder to join our family owned business! You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the store team.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store
- Supervise store staff and work assignments
- Ensure staff provides good customer service
- Train and mentor new staff
- Provide feedback on staff performance
- Maintain clean and organized store
- Assist with staff schedules
- Address policy violations and report instances to management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, restaurant or other customer service related fields
- Prior supervisory experience
- Available days, evenings and weekends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Diligent, responsible and detail oriented
