We are seeking a Keyholder to join our family owned business! You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the store team.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store
• Supervise store staff and work assignments
• Ensure staff provides good customer service
• Train and mentor new staff
• Provide feedback on staff performance
• Maintain clean and organized store
• Assist with staff schedules
• Address policy violations and report instances to management

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, restaurant or other customer service related fields
• Prior supervisory experience
• Available days, evenings and weekends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Diligent, responsible and detail oriented
