Operations Assistant
LaSalle Network is hiring an Operations Assistant to join a fast-growing financial services firm in Chicago’s West Loop. This Operations Assistant role is a temp-to-hire opportunity designed for someone eager to build a long-term career in financial services while gaining hands-on operational experience.
This Operations Assistant will support daily office functions, client account processing and compliance-related workflows in a structured, fast-paced environment. If you’re detail-oriented, professional and thrive in an in-office setting, this Operations Assistant opportunity is built for you.
What’s the job?
Answer and route incoming calls professionally
Process and distribute incoming mail
Review and complete operational requests within service-level timelines
Support new account openings and money movement requests
Process transfers and client documentation
Maintain compliance blotters and activity logs
Ensure adherence to regulatory procedures
Partner cross-functionally to support daily operations
What’s needed?
Ability to pass FINRA qualification exams
Prior administrative, operations or financial services experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable learning new systems and compliance procedures
