This individual will support the team with projects related to Pharmacy strategy development, planning, and implementation to help drive growth, improve the affordability of our products and services, and react to shifting competitive trends and external forces in the Pharmacy space.### **Required Job Qualifications:*** Bachelor degree / Master’s Degree* Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Preliminary ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and summarize findings.* Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Preliminary ability to identify problems and support development of potential solutions.* Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Ability to develop/maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues in the Enterprise Pharmacy Team and some beyond.* Communication Skills: Developing ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels.* Developing ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple priorities.**Preferred Job Qualifications:*** Knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially in the pharmacy value chain.* Experience with corporate strategy, growth strategy and product strategy**This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days work from home.**#LI-PD1#LI-HYBRIDINJLF### ### **Pay Transparency Statement:**At Health Care Service Corporation, you will be part of an organization committed to offering meaningful benefits to our employees to support their life outside of work.
