Requirements (Must Have):

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker Endorsement.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
• School or youth experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and group counseling services.
• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
• Participate in crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Support IEP and 504 processes as needed.
• Connect students and families with community resources.
