This contract position offers a focused 13-week engagement, providing an excellent opportunity to apply your clinical knowledge and oversee key pharmacy operations during overnight shifts.

Location:

• Joliet, IL

Schedule:

• Overnight shifts
• Four 10-hour shifts per week (9:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inpatient pharmacy duties such as medication checking and verification
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and efficient operations
• Verify intravenous (IV) medications and support safe medication administration processes
• Navigate and document clinical activities accurately within the EPIC electronic medical record system

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Minimum of one year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy practices and procedures
• Experience with supervising pharmacy technicians is preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar electronic medical records systems
