CNC Milling Set Up Machinist - 1st or 3rd Shifts

We offer great full-time benefits many of which start on day 1! We offer shift differentials. $32.00-$41.00/hr, depending on experience and preferred shift.
Schedules:
1st shift and 3rd shift available. Flexible schedules! 4-day workweek is available!
Machine Type: Haas Axis 3, 3+2 Milling MORI DMU 50 full 5 Axis.
DMG Mori 5 axis preferred; must have experience in low volume production with multiple set ups per day/week.
Software & Computer Skills: MasterCAM, Epicor, Microsoft Office
ERP knowledge (Epicor is preferred), Microsoft Office
Essential Duties and Qualifications:
Sets up (100% program prove out), operates, and troubleshoots Haas machines; must be able to do full set ups frequently in a low-volume production manufacturing environment
Able to read and interpret programs and make edits to G & M codes
CAM software knowledge is a plus
Replaces tools, filters; adds coolant
Proficient using gauges, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, and other measuring tools
Responsible for quality of each set up and production
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
Proficient knowledge of GD&T
Manufacturing experience working with in medical/aerospace industries preferred
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the work area at all times
Helps reduce scrap, cost, time
Maintains positive work environment
Reliable, timely and consistent attendance
