Job Summary
W e are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records throughout the order lifecycle. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, efficient order fulfillment, and accurate data management within enterprise systems.
Job Description
- Provide responsive customer support by maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Perform administrative tasks that support customer service operations and sales order processing.
- Process customer orders from shipment preparation through completion.
- Monitor open orders and provide customers with regular status updates.
- Coordinate with Production, Buyers, and Planners to track customer orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain records related to asset deliveries, shipment progress, and invoicing.
- Investigate and resolve customer licensing issues while documenting resolutions in the support database.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer and order data within the SAP ERP system.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by following established manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from internal customers within the oil and gas manufacturing environment.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
S kills Required
- 1–3 years of experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and data management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or oil and gas operations.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment, production coordination, and inventory-related processes.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
Education
- Minimu m: High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree preferred.
Pay Rate
- $20 - $26 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
Additional Details
- S h i ft: Monday - Friday 8AM- 5PM Hybrid 3 days in office.
