**Staff VP Digital Technology Project Management Office** **Location:** May be located in any Elevance Health PulsePoint office preferably in Indianapolis, IN or Chicago, IL. _This role requires associates to be in-office at least 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law._ **Summary** As Staff VP, Technology - PMO your leadership is the bridge between technology vision and enterprise-wide execution. In this role you will guide the Elevance Health's Project Management Office, and you'll orchestrate the realization of some of the most ambitious digital health strategies in the nation. The role is the engine room of Elevance Health's transformation. You'll empower cross-functional teams, align billion-dollar portfolios to enterprise goals, and translate digital innovation into measurable health outcomes for over 100 million Americans. **Position Responsibilities** Enterprise-Level Governance with Agility: In a matrixed, federated structure, you'll build governance frameworks that balance discipline with flexibility- unlocking performance across diverse business lines without stifling innovation. True Transparency & Impact: From KPIs to executive dashboards, your leadership ensures that performance isn't just tracked-it's understood, optimized, and celebrated. People-First Transformation: You'll develop high-performing teams, elevate project managers into strategic thinkers, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and trust. Measurable Business Outcomes: Whether it's accelerating digital adoption, reducing medical costs, or enhancing operational efficiency, your work will directly support Elevance's enterprise-wide goal of 12% EPS growth, digital-first member experience, and whole-health transformation Strategic Voice at the Table: You'll partner with C-suite leaders to convert bold ideas into execution-ready strategies, influencing investment decisions that shape the future of healthcare. **Position Requirements** + Minimum 15+ years of experience in tech leadership and enterprise-level portfolio governance + Experience working in a complex environment and bringing order without bureaucracy + Experience leading enterprise-wide strategy, planning, and governance initiatives to transform technology adoption, customer experience, and organizational alignment. + Technology and Business operations experience + Experience with AI & Emerging Technology + Understand the nuances of regulated industries and drive compliance through smart systems For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $200,024 to $300,036.
