Outpatient Psychiatrist with No Call in Central IL - $330k + $40k Signing Bonus
A not-for-profit regional hospital in Mattoon, Illinois, is adding a full-time BC/BE adult psychiatrist to their outpatient practice. The group is planning for their adult psychiatrist’s retirement in a few years.

- Autonomy to set appointment times/length based on preference

Recruitment Package
- Offering a salary guarantee of $330,000 + RVUs and quality bonus
- $40,000 signing bonus and $30,000 retention bonuses
- Excellent benefits package includes health insurance, 33 days PTO, 403b Retirement Plan with employer match and 457b Deferred Compensation Plan , $6k CME allowance and 5 days, and much more
