Sales Representative
LaSalle Network is hiring a Call Center Sales Representative to join a growing organization during an exciting period of expansion. This contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment and wants to build a long-term career in inside sales.
As a Call Center Sales Representative , you’ll support both residential and commercial customers by delivering exceptional service, educating them on valuable home warranty and energy-related products, and driving revenue through consultative selling. If you’re goal-oriented, competitive and energized by performance metrics, this role puts you right where the action is.What’s the job?
- Sell home warranty and energy-related products while following quality and compliance standards
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls
- Clearly communicate product features, pricing and benefits
- Accurately enter and manage customer data across internal systems
- Resolve enrollment issues and maintain strong product knowledge
- Consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
- Participate in coaching, training and performance improvement initiatives
What’s needed?
- Previous sales, call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfort with phone-based sales and objection handling
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
