Sales Representative
LaSalle Network is hiring a Call Center Representative to join a growing organization during an exciting period of expansion. This opportunity is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced and phone-based environment.
As a Call Center Representative , you’ll support both residential and commercial customers by delivering exceptional service, educating them on valuable home warranty and energy-related products, and driving revenue through consultative selling.What’s the job?
- Sell home warranty and energy-related products while following quality and compliance standards
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls
- Accurately enter and manage customer data across internal systems
What’s needed?
- Previous sales, call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfort with phone-based sales and objection handling
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
