In the Emergency Department, they expertly perform bedside procedures, utilize critical trauma and medical equipment, and manage continuous bedside monitoring in most patient rooms to ensure accurate, real-time assessment. ED nurses also administer vasoactive medications to support blood pressure and provide sedation for ventilated patients.With Rock Island serving as a Level II Trauma Center and Bettendorf as a Level IV Trauma Center, you'll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of trauma acuity and complex cases.We're committed to your success. - Diploma from an RN program.License(s)/Certification(s):
- Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.
- Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
