Roanoke Hospitality is looking for motivated and service-driven Server Assistants to join our team at The 101. We are hiring for our upcoming summer season and an exciting new re-concept coming soon.

101 is a vibrant and refined dining destination, located near the Magnificent Mile. Our menu draws inspiration from the multicultural cuisines and rich culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. The space features views of Willis Tower, a stunning rooftop terrace, and an elegant 3-season patio.

101 includes the following spaces: Restaurant, 20th Floor, Rooftop, and private events

As a Server Assistant , you play a key supporting role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting servers in providing attentive and efficient service
• Delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
• Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to maintain a polished dining environment
• Supporting service flow by restocking stations and maintaining cleanliness
• Communicating effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Anticipating guest and team needs to ensure seamless service

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent service
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Ability to stand and walk for 5–10 hours per shift
• Safely transport food and beverages across varying surfaces
• Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs
• Work in both indoor and outdoor settings, including variable temperatures and ventilation
• Tolerate higher noise levels in a busy dining environment
