HVAC Residential Service Technician
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience) + spiff opportunities + additional on‑call compensation
Schedule: Monday through Friday | On‑call rotation every 5th week , with a 10:00 p.m. cutoff .
Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:30am

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Formal HVAC training
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA Certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand/power tools
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
