**** AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ****

As an Experienced Automotive Office Assistant, you will be responsible for many duties around the office that are integral to the daily business and the overall big picture of our organization. This role's responsibilities primary responsibilities are:

Experienced Automotive Office Assistant Daily Duties:

Inventory

Dealer Trades

Wholesales

Cancellations

Dealer Reserves

Backup Accounting Staff

Journal Entries and Reports as assigned.

Office Assistant Weekly/Monthly Duties:

Inventory Cleanup - Weekly

We Owe Cleanup – Weekly

F&I products/Contracts' parables schedule Clean up.

Floor plan Audit – Monthly

Projects or assignments as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years in an automotive accounting office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
