Position Summary
As a Line Cook, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet our standards of excellence. You will be responsible for preparing menu items with precision, maintaining a clean and organized station, and ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures
• Set up and stock assigned stations with all necessary supplies
• Ensure consistent portioning, cooking, and plating
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3years of culinary experience , preferably in an upscale or fine-dining environment
• Valid Food Handler Certification
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Exhibit strong knife skills and a solid understanding of cooking techniques
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
