Doorman
A new cocktail bar from the Scofflaw Group is hiring Door Staff.
As a member of our Door Staff team, you are the first impression of our cocktail bar. More than simply checking IDs, this role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and hospitable experience from the moment guests arrive. The ideal candidate is friendly, approachable, confident, and able to maintain a calm presence while helping ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
Duties
Greet every guest warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Answer guest questions and provide directions or information as needed.
Assist with managing guest flow during peak periods while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Check ID’s
Monitor and hold occupancy
De-escalate conflicts calmly, professionally, and respectfully.
Work closely with management and the service team to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front entrance and exterior areas.
Monitor sidewalks, smoking areas, and surrounding guest spaces for cleanliness and safety
Assist bartenders, servers, and management with operational needs as assigned.
Requirements
Availability for a minimum of two shifts per week Thursday thru Sunday
