SAP ILM Project Manager / SAP ILM Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP ILM Project Manager / Transformation Lead to support enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA migrations, data archiving, information lifecycle management, data retention, compliance, and governance programs . The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and SAP expertise and be capable of leading complex global deployments across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end SAP ILM and S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate global deployment activities across multiple business units and regions.
• Drive UAT planning, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

SAP ILM & Data Governance

• Implement and manage SAP ILM solutions for data retention, archiving, and destruction.
• Define and enforce data retention policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration and data lifecycle strategies.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, audit, and business stakeholders on governance initiatives.

Change Management & Stakeholder Management

• Drive organizational change and user adoption activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
• Partner with process owners and business leaders to ensure alignment with global standards.

Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through SAP technologies.
• Support procurement, finance, and shared-service transformation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise governance frameworks and controls.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP Project Management or SAP Transformation experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ILM , data archiving, retention management, and compliance programs.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of data governance, records management, GDPR, SOX, or regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP ILM Implementation Experience.
• SAP S/4HANA Migration Programs.
• SAP Archiving and Data Volume Management.
• PROSCI Change Management Certification.
• PMP / PMI Certification.
• Procurement, P2P, or Shared Services Transformation experience.
