Operations Manager

- 100-120k annual salary + large annual bonus

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of professional experience in production and operations related functions including leading batch manufacturing operations

- 3+ years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing

- Detail-oriented and extremely organized with strong project management, production planning, budget oversight, P&L

- Knowledge of procurement, planning and warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations: Compounding, fulfilling the production schedule, staffing, production output and reporting

- Use data and systems to monitor operations and eliminate non-conformances through continuous improvement

- Ensure planned production output, product quality and on-time shipping by collaborating with quality and other teams

- Ensure plant equipment is maintained and breakdowns addressed quickly

- Forecast labor and raw material resources required and make recommendations to the production planning team for necessary purchasing decisions and asset planning
