The Project Manager for Material Review in Marketing Operations is responsible for overseeing the management of Advertising & Promotional materials within the U.S. Commercial Material Review Process (MRP). This role involves facilitating the review and approval process across cross-functional teams including Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, and others.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional team review and approval of advertising materials, promotional training materials, and promotional labeling materials.

• Manage cross-functional team members and advertising agencies.

• Maintain open communication regarding material status with team members and agencies.

• Provide tactical support and oversee project timelines for materials through the MRP.

• Offer consulting and training support to team members responsible for uploading and approving materials within the MRP.

• Ensure timely review of all promotional and non-promotional materials by U.S. Commercial, Medical, Regulatory reviewers, and other key stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.

• Understanding of Veeva or review systems.

• Experience with print and digital materials.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Science, Education, Communication, or related field.

• Understanding of the MLR process and associated policies and systems.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and prior experience in marketing, communication, or advertising agency.

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SmartSheets, and ability to learn other software tools.

• Capable of making informed, data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.

• Competent in data, analytics, and measurement.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mettawa, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
