Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and functional outcomes
- Provide direct patient care to improve activities of daily living, fine motor skills, upper-extremity function, and mobility
- Document patient progress, goals, and discharge plans per regulatory and facility standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and facilitate efficient discharge planning
- Adapt treatment plans while traveling between assigned local sites and respond to changing patient needs

Requirements
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (Master’s or Doctorate)
- CPR/BLS certification (or equivalent)
- Ability to work in a multi-site, acute-care environment and float between locations as needed
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment and accommodate a flexible shift pattern
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient-focused care skills
