Data Entry- CB
Seeking a Data Entry Clerk for our growing Naperville, office! Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US and will not require current or future sponsorship. This is a contract to direct hire. Responsibilities:- Gathering and organizing documents for processing.
- Verifying the document information for accuracy and inconsistencies.
- Updating digital databases.
- Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets.
- Updating order statuses for customers.
- Maintaining an organized filing system.
- Reviewing data for completeness and accuracy.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Great attention to detail.
