Dispatch Manager

What you'll do:

• Coordinate daily deliveries by effectively scheduling drivers and helpers in the assigned areas

• Ensure adherence to and education of QXO’s safety policies for staff

• Deliver superior service to both internal and external customers

• Follow-up promptly with customers to ensure overall satisfaction

• Manage Material Transfers between regional branches

• Adhere to union contracts, OSHA, and DOT regulations consistently

• Keep an accurate delivery logbook, reviewed weekly

• Ensure availability of safe and reliable vehicles and forklifts for operations

• Serve as a liaison between the branch staff, the sales team and the customers during deliveries

What you'll bring:

• Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication, including customer relations
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT requirements
• Familiarity with local areas for optimized deliveries
• Computer proficiency
• Dispatching background a must
• Preferred experience in the building products industry

Salary Range:

USD $65,780.00 - USD $98,670.00 /Yr.
