Must have excellent working knowledge of all services,productsandprocedureswithinthespa.Togethertheywillstrivetoensureourguest'scomfort and satisfaction.Our goal is to exceed our guests' expectations every time they visit our spa.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide the highest level of internal and external customerservice set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes. Team membersare responsible forupholding consistency in all standards.Adirectlineof communicationwillbeon-goingamongfellowassociatesregardingneeds and concerns.A professional demeanor must be presented at all times.

EveryEstheticianisresponsiblefor:

• Meetingandgreetingguestswithprofessionalism

• Cleanliness standardsof allareaswithinthespaincludingtreatmentrooms, publicareas, and back-of-house areas

• Using properverbiageatalltimes

• Upholdingandmaintainsetuniformandgroomingstandards

• Knowledgeofspaservicesandamenities

• Knowledgeofemergencyprocedures

• Providingthehighest leveloftechnicalserviceandadherencetoSOP's

• Meetingagreeduponretailsalesgoalsbyeducatingguestsonathomecare

• Salesgoalssetdependingondepartmentandretailtoservicepercentage

• Maintaincontinuingeducationcriteria basedonState ofWisconsinorIllinoisrequirement

• AdheringtopoliciesputinplacebyForbes,KohlerWatersSpaandKohlerCo.

• Perform special event treatments which can be held at various locations such as golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, TAC, etc.This would also includespecial eventsbeing hosted at the spa such asSpaliday. These services would be secondary to thepositionsprimary function.

Skills/Requirements

LEVELVI

• 6+yearsexperienceinlicensedfield

• OverseesallnewhiretrainingfortechnicalperformanceandForbesstandards

• Participatesin spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs) Manageadditionalprojects as assigned by Lead

• Helpsmanagescheduleofassociatesandin-housetrainings

• Mandatory attendance at in-house trainings

• Acts as Lead whenLead is out
