  • Place electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) accurately and efficiently.
  • Gather and organize all required materials and parts before and during the assembly process.

  • Support production output by working scheduled overtime as needed, including 3–4 hours of overtime daily when required.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and maintain a smooth production flow.

  • Comfort working with both hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently at your station while meeting production expectations.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic, with a focus on meeting results and production goals.

Why Work Here?

You join a stable manufacturing environment where strong performers have a clear path to permanent employment, with many employees converting to permanent roles within an average of six to seven months. The culture is laid back yet results-driven, offering autonomy and trust once you learn the job. You benefit from consistent hours, regular overtime opportunities, and the chance to build valuable hands-on experience in electronic assembly that can support long-term career growth.

Work Environment

You work in a manufacturing environment organized in long rows, each with approximately five workstations, providing a structured yet collaborative setting. The culture is relaxed but focused on results, with the expectation that you understand your tasks and complete your work without micromanagement. You will use hand tools, precision tools, and potentially power tools while assembling electronic components at your individual station. Shifts include 1st shift (approximately 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with openness to starting as early as 5:30 a.m.) and 2nd shift (approximately 3:45 p.m.–12:15 a.m.), with significant overtime available that can bring total weekly hours to 50–60.
