About the Role
Our staffing firm is partnering with a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions to identify an experienced Recruiter to support their growing talent acquisition needs. This organization serves customers across food, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial markets worldwide, helping them operate cleaner, safer, and more efficiently.
This position offers flexibility in work arrangement, with the contractor able to choose between remote, hybrid, or onsite setups. Candidates must be within a commutable distance to their Naperville, IL office, with local candidates strongly preferred. Job Description
The Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, interviewing, and screening applicants to fill current and future openings while promoting career opportunities within the organization. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers, manage a steady requisition load, and contribute to a high-performing talent acquisition team within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to stay informed of current and future hiring needs and business priorities.
• Source qualified candidates using a variety of methods, including ATS databases, networking, internet recruiting tools, cold calls, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct interviews to gather information on candidates' work history, training, education, and job-related skills.
• Prepare and maintain accurate employment records and recruiting documentation.
• Communicate with applicants regarding employment opportunities, status updates, and selection outcomes.
• Educate potential applicants about the company's operations, benefits, facilities, and career growth opportunities.
• Interact regularly with management and team members to align on hiring strategies and requisition loads.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent training).
• 2–4 years of talent acquisition experience.
• 2–4 years of customer service-related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
• Working knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and employment activities.
• Working knowledge of recruitment, selection, and training principles.
• Familiarity with business and management principles, including strategic planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday and Phenom.
• High-volume recruitment experience.
• Local candidates within commutable distance to Naperville, IL
