Hiring: Manufacturing Team Lead/Trainer

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Shift: 2:15pm–10:30pm Mon-Fri

Pay: $25–$28/hr

We’re seeking an Inline Trainer to train new employees on assembly builds and ensure production quality and accuracy.

• Train new team members on build processes, work instructions, SOPs, and visual guidebooks
• Ensure zero‑defect quality standards are met
• Support production goals through hands‑on coaching
• Use computer-based training tools and documentation
• Provide clear guidance and maintain a positive, motivating approach

• 2+ years experience as a Line Lead or Inline Trainer
• Strong computer skills and comfort with digital training materials
• Ability to coach, motivate, and communicate clearly
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Buffalo Grove,IL.
