OverviewWe are seeking a professional and dynamic Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, the Receptionist plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has exceptional organizational and communication skills, and is adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
How you'll make an impact- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, providing a professional and friendly experience for all who enter our building.
- Manage a busy front desk, greeting guests and handling inquiries.
- Checking in clients, guests, and employees and providing them with a daily visitor badge to enter our office space.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, to manage reports, track data, and communicate effectively.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area.
Required:
- High school diploma
- Strong client-facing skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing quieter periods, such as Fridays, when there is less activity in the building.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Professional accumen
- College degree is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
