We currently have an open position as a Maintenance Technician at Glen Oaks Commons which is a beautiful 500 unit apartment community located in Des Plaines, IL. The right candidate will be a person who enjoys building relationships with their team members and residents. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and repair tasks. If you are a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
