Our well-known pharma client is seeking a Digital Project Manager to

join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week.

This is role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week Mon-Wed (switching to

Tu-Thur in January 2026) in Mettawa, IL.

Key Requirements\

Strong Project Management experience in digital and CRM environments\ Campaign Management using a Marketing Technology Platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)\ Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting\ Solid understanding of database, email, digital, and 1:1 marketing best practices\ Skilled in translating business requirements into functional specs for technical teams

Role Overview\

As part of the Digital Lab, the Project Manager will oversee day-to-day execution of 1:1 marketing programs, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes across CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities\

Manage medium to high-complexity CRM projects across internal teams and external agencies\ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation\ Lead weekly status meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment\ Track milestones, deliverables, and ensure flawless execution\ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency\ Load and validate data in marketing applications\ Identify risks, manage change requests, and drive process improvements\ Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations\ Maintain minute-by-minute awareness of project status and progress

Qualifications\

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience\ 3-5 years in Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, or 1:1 marketing\ Minimum 3 years as a hands-on Project Manager\ Experience in digital marketing or interactive agency environments preferred\ Proficiency in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills\ Solution-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven
