Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in demolition projects to oversee and coordinate all phases of demolition operations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage demolition projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to establish project objectives and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage subcontractors and oversee their performance on-site.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
- Develop and implement project plans and strategies to meet operational goals.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained prior to project commencement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in demolition or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of demolition processes and safety regulations.
- Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) methodologies.
- Familiarity with construction contract management and estimating practices is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
